Fulfilling the obligations of the "Law on environmental protection" and in relation to the expiry (as at 31 December 2005) of the decision of Governor of Dolnośląskie Province for special use of water, PCC Rokita applied for new permits for:

1. underground water consumption from driven wells located on the area of the water treatment station in Łososiowice including specification of direct safety zones around these wells.
2. surface water consumption from the river Odra
3. water diversion from the first phase pump station and draining off waste-water from the industrial water filters station to the river Odra
4. draining off rain, thaw and drainage water from the 110 kV distribution station.

Water permits for special use of water were granted for a defined period of time from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2015.
