The REACH Regulation has been implemented. It is considered to be one of the largest and most complex legal acts ever to be introduced in Europe. This fact has led not only to major changes in the Polish chemical industry, but also influenced the actions of other users of chemicals, encouraging them to take appropriate action. The mission of the REACH packet is to expand our knowledge on the application of chemical substances, force the manufacturers to prove that a chemical substance may be safely used, or even ban the use of the most dangerous chemicals. As a major chemical company, PCC Rokita S.A. will meet the new challenge. In addition to our declarations concerning the completion of pre-registration of the manufactured and distributed substances and the completion of the registration proper, we will be actively exchanging data on substances, create consortiums with other companies and remain in ongoing contact with our suppliers and clients.
